Tourist Complex in the Village of Otrada
The land plot for the project is located near the village of Otrada and the urban settlement of Yuzhno-Kurilsk, in a picturesque area on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. It offers a view of one of the main landmarks of Kunashir Island – the "Devil's Finger" rock. - Plot area: 11.2 thousand square meters.

Hotel Complex near Mendeleev Airport
The project proposes the construction of a hotel complex with a equipment rental center in the central part of Kunashir Island, in close proximity to Mendeleev Airport. The land plot is adjacent to the island's main transport artery, which provides access to the key natural attractions.

Glamping complex on Lake Lagunnoye
The project proposes the construction of a glamping complex on Kunashir Island on the shore of Lake Lagunnoye. The land plot is located in a picturesque location on the isthmus between the lake. From the project location, there is a direct route to one of the main attractions of Kunashir Island – Cape Stolbchatyi.- Land area: 1.7 ha.

Hotel Complex at the "Golovnino Cliff" Viewpoint

The project proposes the creation of a glamping complex in Yuzhno-Kurilsk on a land plot located on the seashore. The land plot is situated near the main transport artery leading to the key natural attractions of Kunashir Island.- Plot area: 2.5 hectares.

Hotel Complex with a Restaurant and Observation Deck
The project proposes the construction of a hotel complex in the village of Reidovo, Kurilsk Urban District. Near the investment site are located the main tourist attractions of Iturup Island – the White Cliffs, as well as the Baransky and Bogdan Khmelnitsky volcanoes, hot springs, the Yankito lava plateau, picturesque bays, inlets, and waterfalls.- Plot area: 9 hectares;

A wellness SPA complex
is planned to be built on Iturup Island, which will include a hotel and a SPA complex with thermal springs. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a 3 km-long health trail. The investment site is located in close proximity to thermal mineralized springs.- Plot area: 9 hectares.

- A golf course;
- Observation decks and a network of tourist routes through the landscape park, natural and historical sites;
- The thermal lagoon of Baransky Volcano;
- Developed hot springs and fumarole fields;
- Organized areas for tourist fishing and fish tourism;
- Designated zones for surfing;
- Functional zone area: 1,363 hectares;
- Investment required: 9.5 billion rubles.
