About the project
The project envisages the creation of a multifunctional logistics center on a territory with a total area of 39.6 hectares , construction of warehouses and production facilities equipped with modern technologies for cargo handling, transportation, storage and accounting, with the provision of a full range of high-quality related logistics services.
Location
The project site is located at an optimal distance from the main consumers.
The logistics center is planned to be located at the intersection of roads connecting the Korsakovsky, Anivsky, Kholmsky and Nevelsky districts, and the construction of a new 23-kilometer bypass road in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, which will pass in close proximity to the logistics center, will connect it with the federal highway Okha - Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

- Light industry with a predominantly production function, focused on manufacturing companies, oilfield services companies, trading enterprises using the territory as a warehouse (without organizing trade in warehouse areas)
