Sakhalin Oil and Gas Industrial Park
About the project
Sakhalin oil and gas industrial park is a platform for developing import substitution in the sphere of services for the oil and gas industry. The project is aimed at creating a modern production, technical and repair base integrated into the processes of the main operators of oil and gas projects in the regions of Sakhalin-1 and Sakhalin-2.
Project goals
1. Technological independence and creation of conditions for localization of capacities on Sakhalin for servicing offshore and other oil and gas projects of the full cycle up to 100%.2. Reduction of the time of scheduled preventive maintenance from 3 months to 1 month due to the transfer of service companies within walking distance from the main customer, which affects the cost.
3. Creation of new jobs and population growth in the Sakhalin Region.

Resident requirements
1. Expansion of the activities of an existing company or a newly created company in the Sakhalin Region;
2. The planned development area is not less than 30% of the storage area;
3. Activities related to production and/or provision of services in the oil and gas industry;
4. Compliance with the boundaries of hazardous and protected areas.
