Sports and tourist complex “Gorny Vozdukh”
About the project
The tourist complex “Gorny Vozdukh” is the only ski resort in the country located within the city limits.
There are priority development zones, the core of which is the ski resort located on the Bolshevik Mountains (601 m above sea level) and Krasnaya (779 m above sea level).The development of the complex is aimed at creating an all-season tourist center.
There are 26 trails in total at the resort, including 2 freeride zones with a total length of over 38 kilometers. Artificial snow systems are installed on 13 kilometers of trails, and 11 kilometers of trails are illuminated. Visitors are lifted by 5 cable cars in gondola and chairlift versions.
The ski and auxiliary infrastructure are built at the expense of the state, and investors are invited to implement the tourism infrastructure, including the hotel business, cafes and restaurants, as well as the business of providing other services to citizens.
Proposed projects
Development of the tourism infrastructure of the Aina Valley
As part of the implementation of the integrated tourism project “Ain Valley” together with JSC “Corporation “Tourism.RF” it is planned to build 18 tourist facilities with a total capacity of about 2600 rooms.Together with JSC “Corporation “Tourism.RF” the following will be implemented:
By 2028:
1. Construction of a passenger cable car in Krasnaya-Yuga.2. Construction of at least 10 km of ski slopes with engineering protection in Krasnaya-Yuga.
3. Construction of hotel complexes with a capacity of at least 620 rooms.
By 2030:
1. Construction of at least 2 passenger aerial tramways in Ostraya.
2. Construction of at least 20 km of ski slopes with engineering protection in Ostraya. br>

The total area of the territory is 101.3 hectares.
The volume of investments is 30.6 billion rubles.
Construction of hotel infrastructure near the South-West Serpentine Highway
Investment objects are located along the asphalt serpentine road with a length of 4.2 km. There is a technical access road.
As part of the development of tourism potential, it is possible to build:
1. Accommodation facilities - hotels, chalets;
2. Bar, club;
3. Food court, restaurant.

The total area of the territory is 4.7 hectares.
Construction of a hotel complex on the southern slope of Bolshevik Mountain
The hotel complex will include a 133-room hotel, separate chalets, a restaurant, a spa center, a bath complex, and a parking lot for 68 cars.The land plot for the construction of the hotel complex is located on the southeastern slope of Bolshevik Mountain on the territory of the Gorny Vozdukh ski resort.
The total area of the territory is 7.2 hectares
