Cement Plant
About the project
The project to build a cement plant in the Sakhalin Region is aimed at meeting the region's growing demand for construction materials. Currently, cement is delivered via the coastal container line Vladivostok-Korsakov.
Design parameters
It is planned to build a production complex on a 66-hectare site that will use the raw materials of the Shebuninskoye flask deposit and the Gomonskoye limestone deposit. The significant reserves of these deposits will allow the production of high-strength cement for more than 65 years, ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation of the plant.Plant capacity and production
The plant will produce M400 and M500 grade cement — high-quality materials in demand at construction sites. It is expected that by 2030, the Sakhalin Region will require more than 1.7 million m2 of concrete and about 1 million tons of cement.Raw material base
