About the project
In a picturesque location between the Sea of Okhotsk and Tunaicha lake, the construction of tourist infrastructure is proposed. In close proximity to the investment lots, there is an open beach accredited with the "Blue Flag" certification.

1. Eco-Hotel and Spa:
Construction of a hotel with 120 standard and comfort-class rooms.A spa complex featuring a 50-meter warm seawater pool and various thermal zones with views of the sea and Tunaicha lake.
Plot area: 25 hectares, Complex area: 9,735 sq. m.
2. Restaurant:
Construction of a restaurant offering local cuisine and products from regional farmers.Plot area: 700 sq. m., Restaurant area: 400 sq. m.
3. Modular Hotel:
The project includes 20 modules, a restaurant, a barbecue area, children's infrastructure, a 100 sq. m. pool, and a green zone.Plot area: 1 hectare, Hotel area: 860 sq. m.
4. Bath Complex:
Construction of a water and wellness complex with a recreation area.Plot area: 1,500 sq. m., Complex area: 300 sq. m.
