All-Season Resort in the Village of Sovetskoye near Lebyazhye Lake
About the project
In the Dolinsk Municipal District, the construction of an all-season resort, "Medical SPA," is planned. The resort will include a hotel, sanatoriums, cottages and chalets, camping and a tent camp, as well as a bath complex with an indoor pool and fitness center.
The tourist base is located in a picturesque forested area on the shore of Lebyazhye Lake, 13 km from the town of Dolinsk.
Advantages
Lebyazhye Lake is of lagoon origin. The lake and the surrounding smaller lakes serve as a habitat for waterfowl, while the nearby marshes are renowned for their cranberry fields, featuring berries with exceptional aroma and size. Due to its modest size and distance from the nearest settlements, this area is perfectly suited for secluded relaxation. There are also opportunities for hunting and fishing.
The site is located 300 meters from the sea.
Balneology
Near the proposed site lies the Severo-Poyarkovskoye Thermal Water Deposit. The water temperature reaches 65°C, and its composition is chloride-sodium, with the presence of iodine, bromine, boron, and silica. These thermal waters are suitable for balneotherapy (therapeutic baths and treatments) and hold potential for the extraction of iodine and boron as by-products.
Project Implementation Site
The location is in the village of Sovetskoye, on a land plot adjacent to Lebyazhye Lake. The area of the plot is 122.4 hectares.
