Priority investment projects
For Priority investment projects of the Sakhalin Region, the rate of income tax payable to the regional budget is set at 13.5% for no more than 5 years, the rate of property tax for organizations is 1.1% for no more than 5 years from the date of property registration. The list of priority projects may include projects worth from 100 million rubles in the areas of agriculture, manufacturing, education, healthcare, sports and others provided for by the relevant legislation.
