Reimbursement of Equipment Costs:

In the Sakhalin Region, there is a mechanism for reviewing applications from investment activity entities. Based on the results of the review, a decision is made to include or deny inclusion in the List of Investment Projects. Investors implementing these projects are entitled to receive subsidies in accordance with the established procedure to reimburse incurred costs for the purchase of equipment.

Subsidy Amount:

For projects implemented in priority sectors of the economy, in the field of public catering, education, as well as by companies participating in the federal project "Labor Productivity" (part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy"), the subsidy is provided in the amount of 70% of the incurred costs. For projects in other sectors, the subsidy is 50%, but not more than 100 million rubles.

•        Fishing and aquaculture

•        Logistics

•        Tourism

•        Mining

•        Manufacturing sector

Subsidy Recipients:

Legal entities (excluding state (municipal) institutions) and individual entrepreneurs – producers of goods, works, and services – initiators of investment projects implementing or having implemented investment projects on the territory of the Sakhalin Region, planning to participate in the selection for the provision of subsidies to reimburse costs associated with the implementation of investment projects.

The initiator of the investment project must register at the place of business activity in the Sakhalin Region in accordance with the established legal procedure.

The initiator of the investment project may apply for the subsidy within five years from the start of the investment project implementation, once during the entire period.

The initiator of the investment project implementing the investment project may apply at any stage of the investment project implementation.
