Land for rent without bidding
In accordance with subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 of Article 39.6 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, legal entities, on the basis of an order of the Governor of the Sakhalin Region, may be provided with land plots for lease without holding an auction and which are in the state ownership of the Sakhalin Region or municipal ownership, as well as land plots, the state ownership of which is not delimited, for the placement of socio-cultural and public utility facilities, the implementation of large-scale investment projects, provided that the said facilities and investment projects meet the criteria established by the Law of the Sakhalin Region dated 30.12.2015 No. 136-ZO "On the criteria for socio-cultural, public utility facilities and large-scale investment projects in the Sakhalin Region".
